With our "Carry-In" Repair and Maintenance Service, a client can arrange for the delivery of their failed device to any of our 3 advanced facilities for repair or maintenance. These repairs will be done in compliance with the manufacturers' standards and preventative maintenance will be performed every three months. Normal turnaround time is 2 - 3 working days from the time of quotation sign-off. Devices that are under a Service Level agreement will be performed within the stipulated time lines.
Should you require a loan unit while your device is being repaired/ replaced or serviced, our company can provide you with a loan device in order for you to continue with all your necessary business functions. Our Loan Exchange Service is available as an optional service for all our customers.
With our “On-site” Repair and Maintenance Service, a client can request for a certified engineer to attend to maintenance; repair work or service at their facility. This convenient service is available 24 hours a day. Our engineer will visit the site and complete all services or maintenance necessary. If for any reason the backup device cannot be fixed on-site, our engineer will supply the client with a loan replacement unit and remove the original device for off-site repair and maintenance services.
With our “Same Day” Service the quote and repair will be completed within 24 hours from book-in. In most cases the device will be serviced in less than 6 hours. Please contact our service desk for more information, as well as any specials.
With our “Priority” Repair Service, your backup device is given top priority. On receipt your proof of payment (or for registered clients, a purchase order) your device is given top priority and handed over to a dedicated service technician. Our service technician will continue to work on the drive, until it is repaired. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
