The Midrand, Johannesburg facility is one of the most advanced facilities in the world. It is structured into 3 departments that each specialise in a unique phase of the data recovery process:

• Software Engineering / File Reconstruction Lab
• Drive Geometry, Electronics / Low-Level DR Engine Lab
• Clean Room / Spectral - Micro analysis / HDA (Hard Disk Assembly) Lab

Authenticated visitors are welcome to view/tour the facility and see the technology hands on. To date, Computer Storage Services is the only company on the African continent to be accredited by a hard drive manufacturer to perform such services to international standards and to be identified as the only company to have developed its own award winning technology recovery engines.

In most cases, confidentiality agreements are required, especially if the data is of a sensitive nature. On request, our company has a fully comprehensive legal contract available to protect your information as well as procedures for protecting this data until it is delivered to you. The company has unique sanitation procedures that guarantee your data is removed from all servers, systems, PCs and devices that were used in the recovery.

For further security; our engineers, lab technicians and managers undergo routine polygraph testing and in some cases take oaths of secrecy.
